Homeowners ask Lake Ridge board to replace mailbox, review trash rules and extend pool season

During the meeting’s open forum a homeowner identified by address as 3186 Harvard Drive asked the association to replace a broken mailbox in her subdivision, saying the U.S. Postal Service indicated the Association is responsible for replacement. The same homeowner also asked the board to review the association’s trash placement rules, describing them as difficult to comply with. Another homeowner at 12892 Valleywood Drive requested that the board continue the pool season and add more standalone umbrellas at all LRPRA pools.
