Lake Ridge board raises Class A maximum annual assessment 5%
The Lake Ridge board approved a 5% increase to the Class A maximum annual assessment limit, raising the cap from $1,011.42 to $1,061.99 (Resolution 2025/5-5).

At the May 13 meeting, Treasurer Aron Sanchez moved to increase the Class A maximum annual assessment limit by five percent; Director John Maher seconded and the motion passed unanimously (Resolution 2025/5-5). The change raises the cap from $1,011.42 to $1,061.99.
