Rico Marano, Quay County DWI Coordinator, requested approval of a grant agreement for County DWI Program No. 27-D-G-21 and separate approval of the grant funding. Commissioners Brian Fortner and Dallas Dowell moved and seconded the motions; the minutes record unanimous "aye" votes from Chairwoman Rush and both commissioners.
