On July 8, 2025 the Lake Ridge board filled two positions on the Architectural Committee. Director John Maher moved to appoint William Chapman as a regular voting member; Robert Malinowski seconded and the motion passed unanimously (Resolution 2025/7-3). Director Rashawnda Daniels‑Atkinson moved to appoint Pemiton Gregory as an alternate (non‑voting) member; Janet Foote seconded, and the motion passed unanimously (Resolution 2025/7-4).
