The Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association board approved a contract to repave roads in the Stoneridge subdivision on July 8, 2025. Janet Foote moved to award the contract to Dominion Paving & Sealing for $187,767; Michele Basham seconded the motion and it passed unanimously (Resolution 2025/7-7).
