The Eunice City Council voted unanimously June 22 to deny a special-use permit for an RV at 213 Main St, saying the vehicle could not meet the setback requirements for the parcel. Councilor Erica Jones moved to deny the permit and Councilor Edward Charo seconded; the roll call vote was unanimous and the motion carried.
