Trustees back $5,000 startup for 'Carroll County Cupboard' from Dube Fund
MVC Administrator Rich Leboeuf proposed a $5,000 Dube Fund expenditure to establish a confidential 'Carroll County Cupboard' for employees; trustees approved the request 2-0. MVC Administrator Rich Leboeuf asked the Carroll County Trustees on Nov. 21, 2025 to approve a $5,000 expenditure from the Dube Fund to establish a 'Carroll County Cupboard' for county employees facing economic hardship. He said the initiative would renovate a room in the Annex, install door security/access, and purchase startup goods.
