The Cook County Housing Redevelopment Authority approved resolution 26‑26 authorizing the conveyance mechanism that would allow the HRA to transfer the property to the developer (Arboda Lofts LLC) once the city council completes its review and agrees to convey the property. Executive Director Jeff explained the mechanism mirrors a process used earlier in 2026 for another site.
