Union City Borough Council retroactively approved the purchase of a 2021 CF Moto CForce 600 ATV with plow for $5,000 from Marvin Phillips. The purchase, funded from the Capital Equipment fund, was described as useful for plowing bridges and sidewalks, park cleanup and trash collection; the motion by Councilor Joyce, seconded by Councilor Steadman, was approved on Oct. 7.
