Board members were updated that the new Town Office construction is more than 75–80% complete, with site work and landscaping scheduled to begin the week of June 16 and an anticipated move‑in in mid‑August. Town Manager Rob Gaiotti reported that the project is tracking back toward the budget and that contingency funds may cover several change orders.
