Town Office construction over 75% complete; Select Board approves Pay Request No. 11

Frank Parent moved and Jim Salsgiver seconded approval of Pay Request No. 11 for the project; the motion passed 4‑0. The board discussed furniture and equipment purchases and confirmed preparations to begin packing ahead of the August move.
The board also received a separate status note that the Town Office completion target is August 2025. Staff will continue to track change orders against contingency and report budget impacts at future meetings.
