Parking, emergency access and usage estimates discussed for Bristol trail project
The applicant presented a parking MOU with the School District that places no vehicle/time limits, cited trail counter and VMBA usage estimates (5,000 and 2,000 visits respectively), and confirmed letters from the Fire Department and Bristol Rescue; the DRB required posting of emergency policies and verification of any provider fees.

Samantha Morrissey told the board that a fully executed MOU with the School District was included in the application materials and that it places no restrictions on number of vehicles or times and days when parking may occur. Morrissey and materials supplied by the Vermont Mountain Bike Association suggested expected annual combined trail use of roughly 6,000–7,000 visits (5,000 from existing trail counters and 2,000 from VMBA estimates).
