Development Review Board approves Mountain Bike Bristol trail network with conditions
On June 23, 2026 the Town of Bristol Development Review Board unanimously approved Mountain Bike Bristol’s conditional use application to formalize hiking and biking trails on A Johnson Company land, attaching conditions on construction standards, timeline, parking, emergency procedures and e‑bike restrictions.

Kevin Brown, acting as chair of the Town of Bristol Development Review Board, said the board voted unanimously to approve Mountain Bike Bristol’s conditional use application for a network of hiking and biking trails on land owned by A Johnson Company (Permit #26‑301). The motion was made by Kevin Brown and seconded by Dale Dingler; all seven DRB members present voted yes.
