Council approves bond-related resolutions, authorizes mayor as SRF representative
Council unanimously approved supplemental, draw and sweep resolutions related to the sewer revenue bonds and appointed Mayor Sam Maxson as the town's authorized representative to sign DEP SRF documents.

After adopting the sewer revenue bond ordinance, the Town of Nutter Fort council unanimously approved three bond-administration resolutions: a supplemental resolution related to the bonds, a draw resolution permitting payment of invoices from bond proceeds, and a sweep resolution to facilitate automatic payments to the Municipal Bond Commission. Councilor Charlene Louk moved each measure, and Councilor Karen Phillips seconded the motions.
