Engineering staff updated the council on multiple infrastructure projects. Ryan Holcomb reported that the first construction progress meeting for Phase IV of the sewer project has occurred and that the team is working to add three customers near Sandy's Hardware to the contract pending environmental clearance and DEP approval. Holcomb said Phase V remains on hold for the time being.
Holcomb also said the Route 20 corridor work requires a DEP permit modification before staff can request authorization to advertise for bids. He reported work on closeout of AML-Phase I (AMD) with an anticipated Change Order #3 for additional paving and screening and that a NEPA environmental assessment for Phase II AMD has been drafted and is in process for submission.
