At the Aug. 6 meeting, the Sanilac County Board of Commissioners accepted an interlocal agreement to create a multi-county materials-management plan, designate a planning agency and establish a materials management planning committee. The action directs the county chairman to sign the agreement on behalf of Sanilac County.
