Property owner says fencing work will start soon after compliance permit approved

During the 'old business' segment, property owner Jay Kao updated the commission on a compliance permit approved by the planning commission in March. Kao said he has gravel and milled asphalt in place, fencing materials are ready and he expects to begin installation soon.
