“I'd like to move it to the 1st Friday of December, which would be December 5,” the staff member said, adding that the library will be closed all day for training and that no additional funds or supplies would be needed. Committee member (S2) moved the authorization; the motion passed with the ayes called and no opposition recorded.
The closure is an operational decision; staff will proceed with training plans and notify patrons of the one-day closure.
