Commission approves consent agenda with routine items
The Planning & Zoning Commission adopted the consent agenda by a voice vote at the start of the meeting, treating listed staff recommendations as routine and approving them in one motion. Commissioner Oland moved to approve and Commissioner McCauley seconded; the chair announced the motion passed.
