Planning & Zoning Administrator Mitch Poulsen and Samantha Coontz of the Bear Lake Regional Commission updated the Rich County Commission on short-term rental (STR) program progress on May 13. Poulsen reported compliance has increased to 29 percent and that staff project 142 permits once pending applications are finalized.
