Board approves Bowman proposal to replace district monuments and signs
The board approved Bowman Consulting Group's landscape architecture proposal to replace community monuments and signage; neighborhood monument replacement costs will be charged to Pelican Sound replacement reserves and staff will coordinate relocations and design consistency.

Eric Long presented the Bowman Consulting Group proposal for a Pelican Sound Master Signage Program that would replace monuments across the district, including neighborhood monuments. "The proposal entails replacement of all monuments throughout the CDD, including the neighborhoods," Long said, and staff noted some monuments will be relocated; neighborhood monument costs are budgeted under Pelican Sound replacement reserves.
