The River Ridge Community Development District opened a public hearing on Resolution 2024-08, which makes a determination of benefit and imposes special assessments for fiscal year 2024/25. No affected property owners spoke during the hearing. Counsel Tony Pires recommended opening the hearing and the board reviewed an amendment to delete references to "Exhibit B" throughout the document.
