The committee approved three land division petitions at the Feb. 19 meeting. Motions carried for a one‑lot division filed by Sam Kotke on behalf of Fifield Homestead, LLC (Town of Fifield), a two‑lot division filed by Patrick Beil on behalf of Jeffrey Peterson (Town of Fifield), and a one‑lot division filed by Ryan and Hailey Halmstad (Town of Harmony).
