At its July 21 meeting the Atchison County Commission recorded several unanimous actions. Key recorded motions and outcomes included approval of the meeting agenda (with additions), approval of the July 14 minutes on the consent agenda, adoption of a resolution delegating limited payment-execution authority to the County Clerk, and approval of a purchase order for backhoe repair to Murphy's Tractor and Equipment for $5,566.24. The board also recessed twice into executive session (personnel and attorney-client consultation) and adjourned into a noon workshop; all motions passed 3-0.
