The board voted to accept resignations from Brian Kratky and Brad Lane effective immediately, and from Myrlene Whalen effective Jan. 1, 2026. The motion was made by Leroy Monk and seconded by Casey McWhirt; recorded votes were yes from Casey McWhirt, Jarred Sorum, Jackie Ball and Leroy Monk, with Greg Rice absent.
The minutes state these personnel matters were addressed after the board returned from an executive session.
