On Feb. 17, 2026, the Dewey City Council voted to approve Resolution 2026-02-04, amending the Fiscal Year 2025–2026 budget to move $1,969.29 from Balance Forward/Carry Over (22-00-90916) into Tech Support Fees (22-20243). Councilmember Ralph Stafford moved the resolution; Alvin Yearout seconded. The council recorded Ayes from James Cook, Stan Barron, Ralph Stafford, Alvin Yearout and Mayor Tom Hays and no Nays.
