Committee recommends standing fire subcommittee with specified composition

The ad hoc committee recommended creation of a seven-member standing fire subcommittee under the Health and Emergency Services committee, specifying membership (fire marshal, three commissioners, one volunteer chief, two citizens) and a preference that two of three commissioners represent unincorporated districts; the volunteer chief representative should be selected by volunteer chiefs.
