IT Director Lew Harter told the Board Pine Technologies has supported the county's Justware software since 2020 and recommended a one-year renewal for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027. The cloud-based Pine CMS consolidates Justware and Docksushare functions. The total renewal cost is $40,000; the county will pay $26,000 from IT contractuals (0001-008-6214-000) and $14,000 from the County Attorney diversion fund (0090).
