Kurt Fisher, a planner working with PowerNav under a Mid Willamette Valley Council of Governments grant, told the Jervis City Council that the work session is task 2 of a multi‑part project: "The purpose is mainly to take a preliminary look through the code, compare it to what the current, statutory requirements are and identify the high level, issues and items" to bring the code into consistency with state requirements.
