Planning commission approves side‑setback encroachment at 44 Hummingbird Lane
The commission unanimously approved a request by Ken Tyler to reduce side setbacks on parcel S-141-G-1-A (44 Hummingbird Lane) under Section 10-11B-7 to relocate a driveway and improve access; the approval was conditioned on findings that the criteria in Section 10-11B-7 had been met.

At its Jan. 21 meeting the Springdale Planning Commission approved a request to encroach into the side setback at 44 Hummingbird Lane (parcel S-141-G-1-A). Director of Community Development Thomas Dansie explained the commission was being asked only to consider the setback reduction; grading and other project approvals would be decided by staff.
