The Garland Public Library Board approved the minutes from its Feb. 9 meeting at the start of tonight’s session. "Madam chair, I did not see anything needed ... so I move for approval of the minutes as printed," said Gwen, who moved the motion; Dorothy seconded it and the chair called for a voice vote.
