The Selectboard approved payroll and accounts-payable warrants at the July 20 meeting, including a payroll cash draw of $20,275.68 and AP Warrants 2123 ($25,840.11), 2124 ($11,704.95), 2125 ($22,550.42), 2126 (OHS Fund $276.75), 2127 ($26,375.87) and an ACH payment of $487.71. The board also ratified an HRA reimbursement of $1,711.90 for May 28–June 28, 2026.
The board approved signing a sole-source hydroseeding proposal with Bart Daley for compliance with the MRGP for stormwater management. It authorized the Town Administrator to sign contracts to soft-wash the Old School House ($3,100 not-to-exceed) and the Town Offices ($2,700 not-to-exceed) and approved a Right-Trak Design proposal for the Town Highway Garage (removing bidding support but adding a garage door expansion feasibility study). Kevin Gish moved the payroll approval, and Ted Austin seconded; motions were recorded as approved unanimously.
