The Kalkaska County Board of Commissioners met in a special session on April 15, 2025, and voted to enter closed session to discuss the County Administrator evaluation. Commissioner Robert Baldwin moved to enter closed session; Commissioner Truman Bicum supported the motion and the board approved it by roll call, 5 yeas, 0 nays, 2 absent.
