Recorder Jim E. Garland told the board he had worked with GIS Technician Kevin Baily on a 50/50 cybersecurity grant through the city’s insurance partner, PE Partners. The grant is for $2,000; the plan is to buy hardware, move access points and improve wireless security at City Hall.
