Melissa Eldridge, Conservation District Director, presented an amendment to the Recycling Infrastructure Grant and recommended board approval. Commissioner David Hodges moved to approve the amendment and Commissioner Larry Tiejema supported the motion; the motion carried by voice vote and Commissioner Phil Hesche dissented on the record.
