The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee voted May 13 to approve Ordinance Amendment #13-2025 and forward a resolution to the County Board as a consent agenda item. The amendment package would revise provisions in Chapter 9 related to administrative review and sanitary permits (Article 3), administration/enforcement/variances/amendments (Article 8), and the Tourist Rooming House provisions (Article 5).
