The Planning & Development Committee voted unanimously May 13 to postpone consideration of a Conditional Use Permit application from Circle K Stores Inc. and proposed owner Christian Cabrera for a convenience store and gas station at 103 Elm Street, Town of Woodruff. The application had been continued from the April 15 public hearing; the applicant notified staff that they may withdraw the application, and the committee moved to postpone consideration until the date the application expires.
The motion to postpone was made by Billy Fried and seconded by Bob Almekinder and carried with all members voting "Aye." The file will remain open until the application’s expiration unless the applicant formally withdraws.
