County commissioner outlines facility upgrades, staffing changes and labor mediation
Chisago County Commissioner Marlys Dunne told the LID board the county plans facility upgrades, anticipates a new HHS director starting May 1, said the County Finance Director has given notice, and reported an upcoming union mediation to try to avert a strike; she also said the county will begin recording Board of Commissioners meetings.

Chisago County Commissioner Marlys Dunne briefed the LID board April 6 that upgrades are planned for the Government Center, Public Works building, Sheriff's Office and Health & Human Services buildings. Dunne said a new Health & Human Services director is expected to begin May 1.
