The Comanche County Excise Board met in regular session on Feb. 17, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 303 of the Comanche County Courthouse in Lawton. The meeting opened with roll call by County Clerk Carrie Tubbs; present were Chairman J.P. Richard, Vice-Chairman Dustin Glover and member Brent Easton. "PUBLIC COMMENTS. THERE WERE NONE," the meeting record states.
After routine acknowledgements and motions, including approval of minutes and three appropriation requests, the board adjourned. The meeting record notes: "WITH NO FURTHER BUSINESS RICHARD MOVED TO ADJOURN. GLOVER SECONDED THE MOTION WITH RICHARD, GLOVER AND EASTON VOTING AYE. NO NAY VOTES."
