The O'Brien County Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted two resolutions March 18 to temporarily close sections of Oak Hill Avenue for PCC patching. The minutes cite the board's authority under "Section 306.41 of the Code of Iowa" when adopting Resolution 2025-02 (270th–280th) and Resolution 2025-03 (280th–290th).
Each resolution directs that "'ROAD CLOSED' signs shall be placed on both ends of the described segment of road, and they shall remain in place until the construction is completed." The board carried both resolutions by all ayes.
