Floyd County Conservation Board approves consent agenda, sets next meeting for April 7
The board approved the February minutes and claims and accepted the March meeting agenda by unanimous votes. The meeting opened at 5:00 p.m. and adjourned at 5:17 p.m.; the next meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2026 at the Fossil and Prairie Center.

President Roy Schwickerath called the March 3 meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. The board recorded the presence of Mary Ramon, Max Gisleson, Roy Schwickerath, Peter Kloberdanz and Jesse Frerichs. Jesse Frerichs moved to accept the February meeting minutes and the motion was seconded by Peter Kloberdanz; the motion carried 5-0. Jesse also moved to accept February claims (seconded by Peter); motion carried 5-0. Peter moved to accept the March meeting agenda as presented, seconded by Jesse; motion carried 5-0.
