Board acknowledges Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and authorizes procurement cards

Clermont County acknowledged continuation of the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement for Office 365 licenses (not-to-exceed $523,301.63 from the General Fund plus $83,028.90 from Telecommunications) and authorized issuance of procurement cards for listed employees.
The Board acknowledged continuation of Enterprise Enrollment #5947243 and an amendment with Microsoft Corporation for Office 365 and associated licenses for calendar year 2026. The county recorded a not-to-exceed amount of $523,301.63 from the General Fund and $83,028.90 from the Telecommunications Fund for the period Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026, contingent on adoption of the Annual Appropriations.
Commissioners also authorized issuance of procurement cards per county policy for designated employees. The acknowledgements and authorizations were approved by unanimous roll call. County staff noted that the agreement is executed through the State of Ohio’s contracting mechanism and is contingent on the timely release of a purchase order and appropriation.
