Chair Darren Batterson opened the Wapello County Board of Supervisors meeting on July 28, 2026, and the board immediately approved the agenda after removing item 13-c. Vice Chair Carrie Teninty moved and Supervisor Bryan Ziegler seconded the motion; it passed with all ayes.
