Massanutten Regional Library reports record check-outs, wins state recognition
Library Director Zachary Elder told the Board the Massanutten Regional Library recorded more than 890,000 check-outs in 2025—the most in its history—and was named 2025 Library of the Year by the Virginia Library Association and Nonprofit of the Year by the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce.
