Board authorizes cellphone plan, subscriptions, tree-removal contract and committee appointments

At the July 6 meeting the Board approved multiple administrative and maintenance items: a cellphone plan for new employees at $15 per month per line and up to $300 per phone for two employees (mover: Glass; seconder: Linhardt); an Adobe Pro subscription up to $23.99/month for ADA-compliant agenda and minutes production (mover: Glass; seconder: Bendall); and a Canva subscription at $18/month for newsletters and social media (mover: Linhardt; seconder: Bendall). Each motion was carried unanimously by the four directors present.
