On parks maintenance, the Board compared two tree-removal proposals (EDI: $4,181.40; N&D Tree: $4,328.00 including extra removals and storm clean-up) and approved the N&D Tree proposal by unanimous vote. The Board also voted to rotate operations-committee membership quarterly and appointed Directors Glass and Linhardt to serve on the Operations Committee.
