The Town of Winhall Liquor Board approved a third-class liquor license for Bromley View Inn to allow outdoor consumption during the Selectboard’s Oct. 2 meeting. The Selectboard recessed its regular meeting at 5:31 p.m. to open the Liquor Board and, after the license vote, closed the Liquor Board and resumed the Selectboard meeting at 5:33 p.m.
