Selectboard includes late Bread Loaf proposal, delays decision on fire-station feasibility study

The Winhall Selectboard reviewed four Phase I proposals for a fire-station feasibility study and agreed to include a late submission from Bread Loaf Corporation for consideration. The proposals named in the record were Goldstone Architecture, Northeast Collaborative/Bread Loaf, and Cotton-Belaski Architectural Services.

Scott Bushee told the board the town had received four proposals and summarized their timing and qualifications. Dave Cotton, representing Cotton-Belaski Architectural Services, spoke about "schematic designs, bonds, and more time for review," and urged additional time for evaluation.
