Testing shows one elevated lead and one BOD result; permit application ready to assemble
At the July 28 Joint Lake & River Restoration Committee meeting, staff reported one test location with elevated lead and one BOD result above screening levels but said these findings "did not necessarily prevent the project from moving forward." Staff will assemble and submit the permit application.

He said the remaining results were acceptable and that the elevated results "did not necessarily prevent the project from moving forward."
