Commission approves Rosscon Construction contract and routine invoice payments
Wagoner County commissioners approved a contract with Rosscon Construction and a series of invoices, including payments to Kimley Horn ($18,950) and Meshek & Associates ($8,067.50); some Gable Gotwals invoices drew abstentions from one or two commissioners.
