The council reviewed a lengthy package of proposed permit and event fee changes, including adjustments to professional contractor fees, demolition fees, business permits, farmers market charges, street event vendor fees, park reservation rates, signage fees and fireworks-stand fees. Several recommended amounts were listed in the meeting book (for example, recommended business permit $100 annually; demolition commercial $150; ball field rental $50).
